Hello! I’m Imogen Francis, a passionate advocate for sports performance, with a particular focus on cycling.

My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that small, consistent improvements—whether in programming, recovery, nutrition, or daily habits—are the key to achieving success.

Together, we will work through a structured plan tailored to your goals, helping you maximize your potential, whether you're a beginner cyclist, runner, triathlete, or gym-goer looking to set and achieve meaningful targets.

With a background in personal training, I offer customized strength programs, either independently or integrated with your sport (cycling, running, or triathlon). Strength training is crucial not only for sport-specific performance but also for injury prevention and overall health.
