As an experienced cyclist, I offer coaching for those aiming to perform in specific events or improve fitness. Expect 24/7 support, daily check-ins, and a customized program to optimize your performance.
With a background in Personal Training, I’ve transitioned my Strength and Conditioning coaching online, utilizing the new Strength feature in Training Peaks.
Triathlon Coaching
Running Coaching
Having started in Triathlon myself, I’ll guide you through all three disciplines. Additionally, I offer customised strength programming to target weaknesses, boost performance, and reduce injury risk.
With experience in run coaching from a 5km PB to ultra-marathons I can provide knowledgable coaching in any area of your choice. All services can also include nutritional advice.
